Assemble! We are inviting some of you to become a part of our first QFX Street Team! Being a street team member consists of posting informational and promotional content and helping us create a buzz  for all things QFX. Please note that street team members will use their own personal social media accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be 18 years of age or older by the date you apply

- Must have valid social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

- Must be able to physically distribute posters/postcards that will be mailed out to you

- Must be available during specified time frames to complete tasks for posting social media content

- Must provide your own transportation to and from places that posters/postcards will be delivered or placed

 

DUTIES:

- Post promotional content on your social media accounts and help spread the word about QFX

- Make note of where social media content is being posted and to log progress/analytics

- Repost/share pertinent information online to help spread the word about updates

- Determine where and when a social media post will be most effective

- Determine locations and events where offline marketing would be most effective if applicable

 

VOLUNTEER RULES:

The content of the posts will be provided by the QFX team and Street Team members will post these contents on their own account two times a week for promotional purposes. Other QFX promotional materials may be provided to Street Team members in designated cities that QFX will want to promote in. Do not spam walls/forums belonging to other organizations or individuals. QFX will not be responsible for any consequences that you may face from spamming other social networking sites. As a member of the Street Team, you are a voluntary representative of QFX. It is advised that you not use inappropriate content (coarse language, violence, sexual content, drug usage, etc.) alongside our QFX posts. 

 

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

- Street team members will be given an exclusive Street Team T-shirt that can only be worn by a street team member and will not be available during the QFX conventions or events

- Street Team Swag Bag (contents may vary) 

- Access to exclusive convention photos

- Artist autographs (a drawing will be made from our final list of volunteers; autographs are limited)
