Group discount rate of $159.00 USD per night; free cancellation if you are unable to attend or decide to cancel your room

Room Block Rate of $159.00 USD Per Night: As long as there is inventory in our room block, you will pay the same amount per night regardless of when you reserve your room or which nights you stay. Once all of the double rooms in our block have been booked, we have worked with the hotel to still offer double room rates for a king-only room and provide a roll-away bed for those that still want to stay at the host hotel. This option is limited, so we do suggest that if you are using this option, to book early. Please note that double rooms are still available!
No Resort Fees: Say whaaat? Yep, you read that right. When staying at our host hotel, you will pay no resort fees that usually come with that convention life. Please note that normal hotel taxes do not apply and will be charged. You can contact the venue if you have any questions regarding this.
Deposit: Whether you plan to stay one night or four nights, you only need to deposit one night's stay in order to reserve your room. One night's stay is $159.00 USD for reference.
Additional Information: You must be 21 years of age to be listed as the primary individual for your room (This means the first person to check in should be at least 21 years of age). A credit or debit card may be required at the time of check-in for incidentals. Maximum capacity for most rooms is four people, though you are able to request additional sleeping space once you arrive. Free in-room wifi is limited to two guests per room, per night.
