Badge Etiquette â€‹

When inside of the venue, you must have your badge on you at all times. Trading badges with friends or other attendees is strictly prohibited. If we see badge swapping going on, you may be asked to leave the event.

Live Streaming

All panels, workshops and events, unless otherwise disclosed, are able to be live-streamed and/or recorded. We ask that you please ask your fellow attendees for permission to capture them on film or camera before doing so. When taking pictures or filming,  please be conscious of the traffic around you and do not block walkways for extended periods.

Food and Beverage

Small amounts of food for personal consumption may be brought into the venue. Water may be brought in only if sealed. We will have water stations throughout the venue so we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle with you for convenience and to reduce your carbon footprint. Mother Nature thanks you.

Retail sales are strictly limited to official exhibitors and are not allowed anywhere within QFX East unless you have purchased or were allocated exhibitor space. This includes the exhibit halls, common areas, program rooms or any space featuring official QFX East events.
