VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR QFX EAST ARE NOW OPEN!
We will have a very limited number of spaces available in our vendor hall during QFX East. To ensure we highlight original artists and creators, we will only be offering six-foot tables. Due to limitations on space in our vendor hall, it is possible that not every applicant will be accepted and will be approved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

All tables will be six-foot in length and will come with two passes to QFX East, two chairs, a tablecloth and one wastebasket

If you wish to purchase two tables to ensure you have ample space, please email us after applying to ensure we are able to meet your needs appropriately

Table-sharing IS allowed! If you want to go halfsies on table space to cut down on costs, we can work something out for you. However, each vendor would need to apply separately

The total cost for a vendor table is $150.00 USD

Community tables will be offered free of charge to nonprofits and charities. If you are interested in having your organization represented at QFX East, please email us at info@qfxevents.com for more information

Each confirmed artist will be promoted on all QFX social media channels and will also have a designated, featured area on our website for additional promotion
